International Comparisons of Occupational Pension and Search of Reforming Occupational Pensions in China

摘要：

The occupational pension in China is currently in the primary stage and we still dont have a set of system on occupational pension. Comparing with the developed countries, our system of occupational pension is still unreasonable, such as lacking rules and regulations, not standard governmental regulation and unreasonable channels of fund investment. Learning from experiences of foreign countries and combining with actuality and developing trend, the system design of occupational pension in our various levels of pension is as following : establishing the system of rules, reasonable governmental regulations and broadening the channels of fund investment.
