A Study on the Evaluation System of the Visitors Satisfaction to Shanghai Expo

摘要：

Based on the analysis to the visitors satisfaction perceptions and combing with the visitors demand structure and the survey result, this paper designs the evaluation system for the visitors satisfaction to Shanghai Expo. Meanwhile the paper analyzes and categorizes the evaluation index level in details. On the basis of the former research, some suggestions are given in the paper in order to promote the whole service level of Shanghai Expo.
