An Empirical Study on the Impact of External Factors on Consumers Green Consumption Behavior
Green consumption is a kind of new consumption pattern and life concept, and is the necessary requirement of sustainable development strategy. From last century, literatures focus on the internal factors causing green consumption behavior, such as demographic variables and psychological variables. This paper works on mechanism of green consumption behavior focusing more on external factors, rather than internal factors. Consumer green culture, subjective norms, habits and commercial environment, the four external factors, which with one internal factor, green consumption attitude, is studied in this paper. The impact of the five variables on each dimensions of green consumption behavior is verified. And the results show that different dimension of green consumption behavior has different pre-factors.
