The Design of Index System of Science and Technology Progress System Evaluation in Enterprises

摘要：

The evaluation of science and technology progress system of enterprises contains three aspects; contributory assessment, development potential assessment, and environmental assessment. The contributory assessment should use the comprehensive evaluation method which adopts the index system as main part, and analytical hierarchy process as supplement. However, the technical content, technical capability and environmental evaluation system are more suitable to use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Establishing the index system should follow the principle of systematicness, comparability, measurability, combination of dynamic and static, reflecting the characteristics of enterprises, and then build a corresponding evaluation system.
