Study on A Policies and Services System for SME Development in Henan Province

摘要：

The development of small and medium enterprises (SME) has been a hot topic for debate during the process of economic development in both developed and developing countries. Based on the successful experiences of developed countries in assisting SME, this paper analyzes the status quo of SME in Henan province, argues that the government should provide major policy guidance for the development of SME, and then proposes that a policies and services system for the development of SME in Henan should be established, through financing and human resources developing,market developing and technical support, and information consulting.
