Application of multi-electrodes electrical method to landslide detection in western Hubei

This article describes the application of multi-electrodes electrical method to the landslide detection of Yesanguan area in the Western Hubei. The main task of the landslide detection is to identify the internal structure of the underground dangerous rock of Yesanguan work area, the spatial distribution of landslides and changes in western Hubei. The two cross lines are laid in the work area and the electrical data were collected using Wenner array, the data processing and inversion is mainly including data transmission, data editing and smooth, terrain correction, two-dimensional inversion of resistivity data and so on. Through two-dimensional inversion of electrical data and the analysis of the inversion results, we get the electrical distribution maps of underground rock in this working area, and thus to infer the geoelectrical structure of the underground medium, fault distribution and spatial distribution and change of landslide body, the better geological effects have achieved, so, it may provide the basis of geophysical data for the engineering geological survey of Yesanguan landslide and the design of governance programs of. yesanguan landslide body.
