Research on the Risk Assessment Model in Construction Projects Life Cycle

摘要：

In this paper authors analyze the most various elements of a construction projects life cycle, and five most important kinds of risks are identified. According the peculiarity and quality of these risks, authors design a questionnaire and establish one model to analyze the acquired date after being standardized, and finally we get the general risk values. So we can estimate the risk level of one project and make a favorable basis for construction project risk management.
