Risk assessment of levee engineering based on triangular fuzzy number and Analytic Network Process and its application
The levee engineering is the most important part of flood control system in our country, the existing levee engineering of our country has many uncertain facts in technology, economic natural and social environment. The risk factors have interdependence and interaction, and which is hard to quantization. Considerate the uncertainty and fuzziness of judgment which people to influencing factors ,this paper gives a risk analysis method based on analytic network process and triangular fuzzy number, and give a detailed exposition to the solution of the model,at last, its rationality was confirmed by a case ,the results showed that fuzzyANP can treatment the complex effect between each risk factors and which can provide the important basis to the risk control and management to levee engineering.
