Social Benefit Evaluation Index System of Expressway Construction Projects

摘要：

This paper discusses the need of expressway construction projects for social benefit evaluation (SBE). Specifically, it detailed introduces how to build the SBE index system and describes the features of that. SBE index system of expressway construction projects has more merits of practical and scientific since improved and sophisticated.
