Study on Risk Management by Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation in Hydraulic Project

This paper analyzes uncertain factors which can cause schedule risk, and determines the level of risk of uncertainty. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to make a evaluation to the risk which affects construction schedule in hydraulic project, With that we can obtained quantitative value which represents influence degree towards construction progress by various factors of construction side, and this will be propitious to risk control of engineering project.
