The environmental risk of small and medium-sized water conservancy projects in the three gorges area
With the environmental risk assessment technology for analyzing small and medium water conservancy projects in Three Gorges, and by deviding the influence structure, identifying environmental risk factor and clustering, it concludes that the main risk indexes of environmental damage are ecological system, water environment, water and soil erosion and immigration problem and the average impact of tightness is in 3.452-3.943. By using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, we can know that the environmental risk of the small and medium water projects in Three Gorges is in medium and lower level and the environmental risk is acceptable in the view of environmental risk assessment.
