Study on Risk Management in Prophase information construction of Chinese construction enterprises

摘要：

As an important means to improve competitiveness, information technology has been brought into the development strategy by more and more Chinese construction enterprises. Owing to the complexity and high risks of information construction, risk management in prophase information construction of Chinese construction enterprises can reduce the probability of failure. This paper analyzed the importance of risk management in prophase information construction, discussed risk factors of pre-construction, built the risk assessment model for the early stage of information project, and put forward some measures to avoid main risk factors.
