Preliminary Analysis on Application and Management of Flood Detention Basins in the Lower Yellow River

摘要：

As the means combining engineering flood control measures with non-engineenng flood control measures, flood detention basins play an important part in river flood. In this paper, focus on holding back secondary suspended river in the Lower Yellow River, the authors expound the specific ideas of regional management and application of flood detention basins in the Lower Yellow River, and analyze the basis of regional management. For the management of flood detention basins in the Lower Yellow River, the authors put forward the corresponding measures from the aspects of location of flood detention basins, management institutions and economic measures.
