Research on the Internal Risks of Supply Chain and Its Prevention

摘要：

The internal risks or supply chain are usually caused by the potential interaction and cooperation failure between each link of supply chain, including structural failure, information risk, speculative risk, intellectual property risk and inventory risk. For these risks, to select suppliers and strengthen supervision and management, to set up information sharing mechanism for each node in the supply chain of the industry chain, to take incentive measures and reasonably distribute income, to establish strategic partnership to ensure the long-term and stable supply chain, all these measures are effective methods of weakening and resolving supply chain internal risks. Supply chain internal risks are inevitable, therefore it has strong practical significance in supply chain management to take precautionary measures to prevent and control the internal risks.
