Study on Disk Controlling and Profit Allocating In Three-stage Supply Chain Based-on The Theory of Downside-Risk Control

摘要：

Risk controlling and profit allocating are two critical problems when members in supply chain cooperate with each other. Efficient risk controlling is an essential safeguard measure. In this paper we study the cooperation between members of the system of supply chain. Meanwhile cooperation model of distributors and retailers based on downside risk controlling was processed. And optimal decision that makes the whole supply chain more efficient was worked out. Devoted to family, we analysis the result and propose cooperation contract between enterprises which will improve the reliability of risk controlling and decrease the possibility of wrong decision making.
