A New Group Evaluation Method and its Application in Highway Investment Risk Evaluation
In the detailed analysis of the investment characteristics and the influencing factors of highway project, the index system of investment risk is built for highway project. A new group fuzzy evaluation method is designed to evaluate the risk factors on the basis of the method which can obtain the comprehensive weigh by combinating the objective and subjective weight of expert. The new method was used to assess the investment risk factors in ShaoLuo highway project, and the evaluation was comparatively objective. The new method, which can effectively solve the problems of the traditional methods about the accuracy and credibility of the index weight was lacked , was provided for the comprehensive evaluation of investment risk highway project.
