An Empirical Research on the Fit between Compensation and Strategy
This empirical research studies on the fit between compensation and strategy in firms. It compares two kinds of fits: fit as mediation, fit as moderation. This research supports the moderated fit, refuses the mediated fit. We give practitioners and theorists some advices, according on the result of this study.
