Preliminary Analysis on the Legal Risks Present Situation and Prevention in Chinas Enterprises
As market subject, the enterprises will pursue the max profit. In the market economy, the max profit is the goal of the enterprises forever. So the risk is inseparable with the enterprises. In this paper, it proceeds from one of enterprise risks-the legal risk of corporate, it analyses the current situation about the legal risk of enterprises in our country. The analysis of the current situation reveals that the enterprises in china are lack of the legal risk prevention awareness and lack of scientific legal counsel system and other, it tries to explore its prevention mechanism. It not only helps the development of the company but also guarantees the Chinas socialist market economy which can healthily and orderly develop.
