Brief Discussion on the Identification of Strategic Risks of High-tech Enterprises
This paper takes the identification of strategic risks of high-tech enterprises as its re search contents, to identify the influential factors of strategic risks of high-tech enterprises from both internal and external aspects based on the analysis of the meanings and structures of strategic risks. The paper also conducts a comprehensive analysis on internal and external influential factors of the strategic risks of high tech enterprises by applying the methods of multilevel fuzzy compre hensive evaluation and PEST, so as to provide references for the high-tech enterprises to make their strategic decision and carry out their risk management.
