The application of Comprehensive Budget Management in Modern Enterprises Risk Management

摘要：

Under the conditions of market economy, enterprise has become the mainstay of market competition. The risks enterprise facing are complex than any other economic system. Risk management has become the key which determines whether a modern enterprise can develop healthily or not. Strengthening the risk management has become an important content for modern enterprise management. Enhancing the ability to resist risk and avoid risk has become an urgent task in modern enterprises. Enterprise comprehensive budget management in the company management plays an important role in these aspects, such as: prediction, coordination, target, process control. Enterprise comprehensive budget management is the indispensable management means in modern enterprises. This paper will discuss the application of comprehensive budget management in modem enterprise risk management system.
