Promoting enterprises core competence: A Cultural Perspective

摘要：

The paper deals with the effects of corporate culture on operation achivement. the result, using a regression analysis, suggest that there is a statistically significant relationship between culture and operational achievement. Thus these results provide supports for the hypothesis that corporate culture as the core competition can raise operation achievement, and we also explore some implications for the nature and management of corporate culture.
