Availability Evaluation of Construction Enterprise Value Innovation Net
The definition and evaluation of construction enterprise value innovation net is a very important way to improve the additional value of construction enterprise and construction industry. However, the documents used to analyze connotation, value orientation and availability of construction enterprise are not much. Based on the review of abroad and domestic researches of innovation net, three-dimensional value space of China construction enterprises, elasticity productivity theory of construction industry cluster and current management situation and recourse distribution right of China construction enterprise, 8 procedures are proposed in this study to construct construction enterprise value innovation net map and introduces availability theory and uses modified gray relative analysis method to construct four-dimensional indexes(contribution value, new technology, customer and market power) to define the availability of construction enterprise construction innovation net subsystem, and in turn uses t he mid-value of sum of superior and inferior subsystem and superior and inferior system availability to construct regression equation and proposes the availability D-value variation tendency coefficient to predict the variation tendency of construction enterprise innovation net system availability. Empirical study shows that this method can evaluate and predict construction enterprise value innovation net concisely and efficiently.
