Research on Risk Management of Mobile Communication TD-SCDMA Project
The construction of TD-SCDMA of CMCC(China Mobile Communications Corporation) is a technologyintensive project with a lot of uncertain risks. This paper, by means of AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process), constructs a hierarchical risk model of the project to identify and evaluate these risks. The result shows that the most important risks in the construction of TD-SCDMA project contain the network environment, supporting facilities, the project contract, failure of technology and change of engineering, therefore, CMCC should monitor them principally in the process of implementation. The management should take appropriate and effective measures to prevent risks and reduce economic losses, thus creating more economic and social benefits.
