The Risk Assessment on BT Financing Model Based on Fuzzy Theory

摘要：

As a new type of public project investment and financing method, because its operation process and the relationship between the various parties is extremely complex, the reasonable risk-sharing is one of the important factors for the success of BT project. In this paper, according to the character of BT financing, we will try to establish a risk evaluation system based on fuzzy theory, and make an empirical analysis, in order to make some contributions to the application and development of BT financing model.
