Study on Performance Evaluation of Strategic Restructuring of Chinas Enterprises

摘要：

Following enterprises strategic restructuring, many issues should be considered, such as what will the effect of restructuring be, and if it can form core competitiveness of enterprise and thus bring about sustainable competitive advantages. The paper, in combination of characteristics of strategic restructuring of Chinas listed companies, chooses factor analysis method, establishes the corresponding evaluation model, evaluates strategic restructuring performance of the listed companies objectively and comprehensively, judges the trend of enterprises restructuring performance over time, and tries to explore its causes.
