The Severity Sort of Chinas Drug Accident Types

The high incidence of drug accidents has caused great attention in society. This study extracts the main aspects of drug accident types, and builds a generalized empirical fuzzy decision method based on trapezoidal fuzzy number (GEFDMTFN) to analyze the severity sort of Chinas drug accident types (SSCDAT). Results indicate that the weights of different kinds of respondents in the same area affect the SSCDAT, and the regional differences play a major role. Then the final result shows that the SSCDAT should be traceability system, transaction mode, sampling system, pharmacovigilance, licensing system and emergence management. This study not only reflects issues of Chinas drug safety management, but also provides authority with information which is helpful to enhance drug safety management.
