Virtual Organizational Structure Based on Construction Project

摘要：

The organizational structure of construction project decides the quality of construction and efficiency of management. This paper combines the virtual organizational theory with modern construction project practice, and establishes virtual organizational structure based on construction project. This structure has two basic platforms, virtual organizational culture platform and virtual organizational information platform. On this condition, virtual organizational structure based on construction project is established, which is consisted of virtual organizational management team and virtual organizational project team, the former is the leadership and the latter is the execution layer, which can be divided into virtual organizational decision-making team, virtual organizational design team, virtual organizational construction team, virtual organizational supervision team and virtual organizational operation team. The construction project can promote work efficiency and quality by this organizational structure, which leads to project success and all-win of all participants.
