Sustainable Development: Resource Based Cities Scientific Choice

摘要：

The purpose of this paper is to clarify that all the cities based on nature resource will face doomed dry up of endowed resource, which should be used in scientific ways to seek sustainable development for the cities. Taking Tangshan as an example, the paper analyzed the problems existing in its development process, proposed a model for a citys development towards sustainability according to systemic theory and circulating economy principles, discussed the countermeasures for a city to pursue sustainable development.
