A Welfare Facility Plan for High Immigration Area: Case Study of Beilun District

摘要：

Education, medical care, and old-age care resources play very important role in the sustainable development of a city. This paper attempts to estimate the demand of resources above based on the population forecast with the cohort study and grey system theory and give some suggestion for the construction of the Beilun District in Ningbo City, a high immigration area with time-series and crosssection analysis.
