Water Resources Sustainable Utilization Evaluation Method Based on Projection Pursuit Model
water resources sustainable utilization comprehensive evaluation is a typical decision-making problem with multi-goals, multi-layers and multiattributes, it is necessary to consider comprehensively factors of society, economy, resources and environment. Projection pursuit evaluation model is proposed to evaluate water resources sustainable utilization degree, and real coding based accelerating genetic algorithm is introduced to optimize the projection direction so that multi-dimension data can be turned into low dimension space, the value of projection function can be calculated by way of seeking the optimal projection direction. Through applied to water resources sustainable utilization evaluation of Yunnan province, outcomes of calculation that the model is feasible and reasonable, and providing us a new way to evaluate water resources sustainable utilization.
