Low-carbon urbanization way forward for two-oriented society

摘要：

China faces challenges in controlling greenhouse gas emissions because the country is at a critical period in accelerating industrialization and urbanization. Dealing with energy and environmental issues, Wuhan city zone (WCZ) will try to explore a low-carbon model of urbanization to build two-oriented society, and strive to take the lead in the rise of the countrys central region.
