Main problems and Countermeasures of cyclic economy faced in Chinas Western less developed areas-Take the example of Gansu

摘要：

This paper uses Economic Principles of Cyclic Economy to analyze in depth the present situation of Gansu cyclic economy, the practical problems faced and the feasibility of the conditions to achieve cyclic economy. On this basis, the paper puts forward policies and suggestions to promote the healthy development of Gansu cyclic economy so that to provide something referential for the local government in decision-making.
