Efficiency Evaluation of City Circular Economy Based on the DEA Cluster Model

摘要：

An evaluation index system of efficiency of city circular economy was constructed by analyzing the city circular economys characteristic and connotation. The Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), together with the optimal partition method, construct the DEA cluster model, with which we make quantitative assessment to the urban recycling efficiency of the economic development. It is demonstrated by an example that the model can be used not only to reasonably and effectively evaluate the efficiency of city circular economy, but also to determine sensitive factors that can improve efficiency of city circular economy.
