Based on the method of decision tree of regional commercial residential market Research data analysis

摘要：

In this paper, we choose the decision tree method for data processing and analysis. It was constructed using data mining software based on these two algorithms C5.0 and CART decision tree model, to extract a functional design requirements of respondents judge the rules for policy makers. The researching result has its theoretical value and applied value for the right decision which making by micro-main body and macro-adjuster.
