Applying an Improved VE Method Based on AHP and Entropy to Program Selection of Highway Bridge Splicing
The AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method is used to determine the weight of the function, and the entropy technology is used to sort the function and to calculate the function index in this study. In the case about program selection of the highway bridge splicing, the evaluation was comparatively objective. The new method, which can effectively overcome the disadvantage about the traditional value engineering method is ambiguity to determine the weight of the function and subjectivity to determine the score of the function, is proposed to optimization design and program selection.
