Globalization of Human Resources Development with the Idea of Sustainable Development
This paper summarizes the main implications of sustainable development. It puts forward the idea that the human being is the center of sustainable development and the sustainable development of the human resource is the basis and the prerequisite of sustainable development of human society. The paper discusses that sustainable development consequentially promotes the globalization of human resources development followed by describing the essential features of the latter. The paper has reached the following conclusions: establishing the globalization ideology of human resources development is the strategic emphasis of future social development; expanding abroad education is an effective channel to realize the globalization of human resources development; implementing immigration policy is a sensible way to answer to the globalization of human resources development; relieving nationality restrictions is an inevitable choice to realize globalization of human resources development.
