The Study of City Subway Projects Impacting on Trackside Housing Price--Take Xian Subway Line 2 as an Example
With city development and accelerated urbanization, traffic problems of large and mediumsized cities keep deteriorating, however the traditional means of public transportation can no longer meet the increasing traffic demand of residents. Nowadays, the development of conventional bus and subway transportation as the main public transport system is the solution to traffic congestion, at the same time, metro transportation also improves the housing price. This paper, based on the Xian Subway Line 2 under construction, does a qualitative and quantitative analysis of the changes of housing prices.
