The risk assessment model of TOT concession period based on Time Fuzzy Petri Net
TOT concession period is the core issue of project financing, but also the focal focus of contract negotiations. This paper analysis risks of decision-making of TOT concession period, according to Dynamic NPV of Recipient, builds and resolve a Fuzzy Stochastic Petri net model for assessing the RBS, provides a new solution ideas and methods for TOT concession period risk assessment.
