Management Specialization: The Path of Sustainable Development University Must Rely on

The sustainable development of University needs to integrate the interests stand and resource condition of the technology system and management system. In an increasingly complex university organization, power, voice and position of management system have been acknowledged. The professional development of Management is also of great benefit to teachers, university and administrators themselves. According to Problem Consciousness, this article leads up to that the sustainable development of University must depend on the professional path of management. On the basis of analyzing the connotation and feature of specialization, this article presents the views on the path of realizing university management specialization in the perspective of idea, technique, procedure and faculty specialization.
