Analysis of Land-use Change in Urban Marginal Zone

摘要：

In the past decade, urbanization developed rapidly in China. Urban construction has been continuously expanding to the suburbs, and usage of urban marginal zone changed markedly. On the basis of structure change of land-use, regional change and extent change in Jialing District during the last 11 years, this article analyzes the components of landuse change from social economy aspect and the driving forces of land-use change by principal component analysis method (PCA) with statistic software. The result showed that during the analyzed period, landuse changed a lot: farmland and unexploited land decreased, while land for construction, garden and forest increased; regional land-use is in phase of adjustment.
