CSR Practices on Human Resource Management Effectiveness: the Corporation Reputation of the Intermediary Role
Effective CSR practices can lead to superior human resource management effectiveness. Nevertheless, the mechanism between these two has not been carefully identified. Using the survey data, the paper examines the relationship among CSR practices, corporation reputation and human resource management effectiveness. The results from structural equation analysis indicate that the effective CSR practices can increase the human emotion, human cognition; and corporation reputation can enhance the human resource management effectiveness.
