Dynamic Capabilities, Human Resource Management Practices and Firms Competitive Advantage
Effective HRM practices can lead to superior innovation. Nevertheless, the mechanism between these two has not been carefully identified. Using the survey data, the paper examines the relationship among HRM practices, dynamic capabilities and the business competitive advantage. The results from structural equation analysis indicate that the effective HRM practices can increase the flexible organization, organizational learning, resources integration and environmental perception. Dynamic capabilities can enhance the business competitive advantage.
