Research on Incentive Mechanism Constructing of Hotels Participating in the School-enterprise Cooperation-Take Our Vocational Hotel Management as Example
At present, the main problem for hotel in the schoolenterprise cooperation is about participation not deep and lack of enthusiasm and activity. From the participation motive of hotel in the schoolenterprise cooperation, this paper analyzes and studies barriers for hotel participating in the school-enterprise cooperation project, proposes to construct relevant incentive mechanism of the schoolenterprise cooperation, and hopes to use it as a source of reference for promoting our hotel actively participation in the school-enterprise cooperation.
