Reducing Spinning Production Costs by Optimizing the Frequency of Spin Pack Changes
In this paper, the spinning production process of synthetic fiber and the basic situation of spin pack of melt spinning production process are introduced. The most common reasons for spin pack changes and the total costs of such changes are examined. Based on the actual production situation, the key factors affecting the spinning production costs are investigated and analyzed. The improving measures are also proposed. Numerical experiments for a product show that the total costs of the strategies induced by our approach are less than those of the manual experimental. The computational results show that the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed methods.
