Wuli-Shili-Rili Risk Factors in ERP Project Implementation
This paper adopts Wuli-Shili-Renli (WSR), an oriental system methodology, to analyze the ERP project implementation in Chinas situation. It studied the existence risk factors in ERP project implementation in China with literature analysis and experts survey, the key risk factors of them through questionnaire survey, and the relationship among the key risk factors with Interpretive Structural Model(ISM). The paper finds 51 risk factors in 19 categories, 10 key risk factors in 6 layers with olive structure. The risk of managers concept is on the basic layer which impact ERP project implementation with indirect way, and the risk of process changes is on the top layer which impact with direct way.
