A Improved Knowledge Production Function Approach to Measure Knowledge Spillover Effect

摘要：

This paper compares the four common methods of measuring knowledge spillovers.Based on Cobb-Douglas production function we proposed an improved regional knowledge spillover measurement method, which can make the intra-and inter-regional knowledge spillovers effect completely separated and add the delay of knowledge production into the model. In the calculation ,this model can be easily estimated using all kinds of data.
