Management and Evaluation on Human Resource of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises
Taking Hengshui city for example, analyzed the status of human resource management in small and medium enterprises to explore the human resource management strategy. Proposed an enterprise human resource management evaluation model, using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to make model and determining a common framework for fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.
