Implicit Knowledge Inflow through FDI

摘要：

Aimed at investigating the impact of FDI on Chinese enterprises technological development and product upgrading, the paper looks into the flow of implicit knowledge during FDI at employee, enterprise and industry level, respectively. It concludes that FDI impacts the technological capacity of Chinese enterprises mainly through the introduction of competition, demonstration, forward/backward linkage and human resource effect.
