The Management of Service Quality of Higher Education
Higher education service quality, named as higher education service production quality, is the degree to meet the consumers implicit and explicit needs through educational service products. The production quality is often hard to grasp because they are intangible, simultaneous and dualist. We may progress in reforming educational system and improving the way to serve consumers by defining the features of education service quality.
