An Exploration into the Human Resource Management Pattern of Knowledge-intensive Enterprise

Knowledge workers are a major component of knowledge-intensive enterprises. Because of knowledge workers have different characteristics with the general staff, which making the human resources management of knowledge-based enterprises become more and more important. This paper based on the analysis of the meaning of knowledge-intensive enterprises, focused on the features of human resource management in knowledge-intensive enterprise. On this basis, making an interested exploration for the personnel management and organizational structure.
